And then comes the moment of choosing any one of the two; both are fatal but you gotta choose one of them.
The most difficult task in life is to make choices; and the choices we make mould our future- bright or dark.We no doubt want the best in life and hence want to make the best possible choice for ourselves so that we don't leave any room for future regrets. But life is tough. I know all of you , including myself , have regretted in some or the other point of time when certain decisions we took in life proved to be disastrous .But Regrets and Repentance is not the solution to the problem.
This reminds me of Robert Frost's poem, 'The road not taken', which portrays the difficulty of decision making in one's life.
Each choice, each decision leads us to different routes of life. The path which in the beginning seems to be the smoothest one to tread might be full of obstacles in between. So it is mere uncertainty which rules in both the cases-whether you choose a smooth road or a bumpy road. Even the great personalities have faced such situations in life. There is hardly any human being who has always taken the right decisions throughout his/her life. Moreover a decision in itself is not good or bad; the circumstances or the chain of events happening around makes it good or bad. Here even our destiny plays a crucial role.
All of us know life is uncertain, full of shocks and surprises.Rather than repenting on the decisions we made in life and its fruitless outcome, we should try n think how to correct the situation. We would fall , we would stumble, we might even hurt ourselves but the stumbling blocks of life should be taken up as challenges and challenges help us grow. Challenges test our ability of marching ahead in life and these challenges make our life adventurous.
After all life is a journey and a journey gets boring without adventures. So, live life without regrets.
